By accessing or using Ghost BSBL ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Ghost BSBL is a baseball coaching membership platform that provides AI-powered swing analysis, video feedback from coaches, drill libraries, and educational curriculum. The Service is provided by Ghost BSBL ("we," "us," or "our").
Ghost BSBL offers paid plans including subscriptions (Ghost AI, Elite) and one-time purchases (AI Report, Kevin's Breakdown, Kaden's Breakdown). Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. One-time purchases are non-recurring. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@ghostbsbl.com within 7 days of any charge to request a refund.
By uploading videos or content to Ghost BSBL, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. We will not sell or share your personal videos with third parties without your consent.
Ghost BSBL's AI swing analysis is provided for informational and coaching purposes only. Results are based on computer vision analysis of body position and movement and are not a substitute for professional in-person coaching. Results may vary based on video quality and camera angle. Any drills, swing adjustments, or training modifications suggested by the AI or coaches are performed entirely at your own risk. Ghost BSBL is not responsible for any physical injury, strain, or harm resulting from the application of any coaching advice or analysis provided through the Service. Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new physical training program.
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with others; (b) upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates third-party rights; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the Service; (d) use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described therein, including email addresses, payment information (processed by Stripe), and uploaded video content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost BSBL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
