We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, password, and profile details (position, school, height, weight, graduation year, accolades, birthday). When you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe — we store only a Stripe customer ID, not your card details. When you upload swing videos, those files are stored securely in Supabase cloud storage.
We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Ghost BSBL service; (b) run AI biomechanics analysis on your submitted swing videos; (c) deliver coach video feedback; (d) send transactional emails (report ready, coach response, billing); (e) calibrate analysis baselines to your age group and physical profile; (f) track your progress over time.
Ghost BSBL uses the following third-party services: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (transactional email), Modal (AI video processing), Vercel (application hosting and delivery), and Cloudflare (video delivery). Each provider has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Videos you upload are stored securely and used solely to run AI analysis and deliver coach feedback. We may use anonymized, aggregated swing data to improve our AI models. We will not share your personal video content publicly or with third parties without your explicit consent.
We retain your account data and swing submissions for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, you may request deletion of your data by emailing support@ghostbsbl.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Ghost BSBL uses cookies and local storage to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
Ghost BSBL is used by youth athletes with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without consent, contact us at support@ghostbsbl.com.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can update most information in your account settings. For data deletion or export requests, contact support@ghostbsbl.com.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and row-level security policies on our database. No method of transmission is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of Ghost BSBL after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
